Yes, through the Village, and Whitefish Bay pays closer attention to exterior appearance than most communities. Material and colour choices on a visible elevation are worth discussing before ordering.

The lake effect is not only a winter thing in Whitefish Bay. Wind off Lake Michigan drives rain horizontally into rake edges and chimney flashing that inland homes never stress. Near Klode Park and Big Bay Park we see flashing and underlayment failures at rates higher than anywhere else we work, and the exposure is relentless year-round.

More detailed rather than harder. Steep pitches, multiple gables, dormers and decorative ridge work mean more flashing transitions per square foot than a postwar ranch. The steep pitch sheds water well, so nearly every leak we find here is a transition, not the field.
