Estimates & quotes
Estimates are free and provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if conditions discovered during the work differ from what was visible or disclosed (for example, hidden decking damage). Any change in scope or price will be communicated to you before the additional work proceeds.
Scheduling & performance
We schedule work in good faith but timelines can be affected by weather, material availability, and other factors outside our control. We'll keep you informed of any changes that affect your project's start or completion.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your written estimate or contract. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due as described there upon completion of the work.
Warranty
Installations include our workmanship warranty, and manufacturer materials carry their own separate warranties, as described in your contract and on our credentials page. Warranty coverage, exclusions, and duration are governed by those documents.
