WARRANTIES
5-Year Workmanship Warranty
5 YearsAll installation defects — flashing, ventilation, underlayment, and shingle application.
Storm damage, acts of God, and damage caused by other contractors working on the roof after installation.
If any part of our installation fails within 5 years due to workmanship, we return and fix it at no cost. No negotiation, no inspection fee.
Manufacturer Material Warranty
25–50 Years (varies by product)Defective materials — asphalt shingles, metal panels, TPO membranes, EPDM rubber.
Improper installation (covered under our workmanship warranty instead), color fade, and normal weathering.
We install manufacturer-certified products from GAF, CertainTeed, and Owens Corning, backed by their full material warranties.

Certified to install GAF roofing systems and issue enhanced warranty products.
